Одно из новшеств — за отказ принять свою квоту беженцев надо заплатить 0,002% от ВВП за год отсрочки.
«…in exceptional cases, a Member State notifies to the
Commission, giving duly justified reasons compatible with the fundamental values of the
Union enshrined in Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union, that it is temporarily unable to take part, in full or in part, in the relocation of applicants, for a period of one year, it should instead make a financial contribution to the EU budget of an amount of 0,002 % of GDP to cover assistance supporting the efforts undertaken by all other Member States»

Размер единовременного пособия стране, принимающей переселенца:

For each person relocated pursuant to this Decision
(a) the Member State of relocation shall receive a lump sum of EUR 6 000;
(b) Italy, Greece and Hungary shall receive a lump sum of EUR 500

Можно предположить, что хоть документ и свежий, но число беженцев увеличивается каждый день.
